Live Video Overview

The Live Video feature allows you to view real-time footage from cameras installed on your active assets. This feature is accessible for ACTIVE assets that have a camera paired to them. Through Live Video, you can:

• View live camera feeds from your assets.
• Verify incidents or events in real-time.
• Support operational decisions and fleet safety measures.
• Access controls for streaming, and stopping the live video feed.

Live Video is integrated within the Fleet page and can be accessed via the Assets tab for eligible active assets.

Live Video Usage and Limits
Access to live video is subject to a monthly limit for your company. This limit is calculated based on the total number of active assets with paired cameras and applies collectively to all company users who have permission to view live video.
If your company reaches this limit, you will be unable to request additional live video streams until the next month or until the limit is increased.
In such cases, please contact your company administrator to discuss adjustments or additional allowances.
