If you have a technical support query our preferred method is via email to log the issue, this will create a ticket in our help desk and is monitored by multiple team members. We aim to respond to all queries within a few hours. If the enquiry is urgent please let us know in the Subject line and we'll come back to you asap. Alternatively you can call into the main line and select to speak with Support.
