Receiving Billing Invoice via Email

You will receive billing invoices via email once administrators have sent them out. The email will include the invoice and the fee breakdown as attachments. The invoice contains details of subscription services, while the fee breakdown provides a detailed overview of usage per asset.

Simply open the email and download the attached files to your device. You can then view and save the files as needed.

Keep in mind that invoices are sent out manually by administrators, typically around once a month, but the exact timing may vary.

The same files will also be available on the Billing page in the application.
