Entered Geofence Event

The Entered geofence event is generated and triggered only for active assets that have a paired tracker.

If an asset at your company enters the company’s geofence (of any geofence type), the system generates an Entered geofence event. This is based on the coordinates reported, regardless of ignition status.

Once the asset is inside a specific geofence and the event has been generated, no additional Entered geofence events will be created until the asset exits and re-enters the geofence.

You can configure an alert to notify users of this event via email or in-app notifications.
