Impact Detection Event

The Impact Detection event is generated and triggered only for active assets that have a paired tracker.

If a tracker paired to an asset reports an impact detection event, the system generates an Impact Detection event. The event is created each time an impact detection is reported by the tracker.

You can view Impact Detection events on the Journey Details tab on the Fleet page.

You can configure an alert to notify users of this event via email or in-app notifications.
