Odometer Event

The Odometer event is generated and triggered only for active assets with a paired tracker.
When a tracker paired to an asset reports Ignition Off, the system will generate an Odometer event and record the odometer reading at that time.
The event is generated each time an Ignition Off status is reported by the tracker.
