Historic Tracking Overview

Additionally, to create a new geofence or edit a geofence, the AddGeofences permission is required.
The Historic Tracking feature lets you explore past activity for your assets, offering visibility into journeys taken, routes followed, and driving behaviours. It is available on the Web App under the Fleet page
There are three tabs on the Fleet page:
- Assets: Real-time live tracking (default view)
- Journeys: Overview of past journeys taken by your assets
- Journey Details: In-depth review of past journeys
Use the Historic Tracking tabs - Journeys and Journey Details - to:
- Review where assets have travelled
- Understand when and how each journey began and ended
- Investigate patterns, behaviours, or irregularities
- Assist with compliance and reporting needs
These tools give you both a broad and detailed view of historical movement, enabling you to validate activity and gain deeper insights into fleet operations over time.
On the Mobile App, you can view an overview of journeys and parked periods for each asset.
